Annual Mastermind
About
An Author Mastermind is a collaborative group of writers who come together to share knowledge, skills, and experiences to improve their craft and boost their careers.
Masterminds will be held in Charlotte, NC for travel convienience and resources.
The first Mastermind is all about marketing. While there is support and additional materials for authors in all stages of their writing journey in our Facebook Group and soon on our Teachable account, the pressing need for established authors with one or more publications tends to be marketing, so the first major resource and mastermind is focused on what is often reffered to as the greatest pain point for most authors.
Topics
Participants will work through parts of our marketing workbook, engaging in hands-on exercises and led small group discussions to enhance their marketing skills and expand their author platform. It will include (but not be limited to):
Tropes: The Author Super Power
Filming for podcasts, social media, and more
Hook creation: Crafting compelling hooks for blurbs, pitches, and social media
Public Relations and Press Releases
Author Architypes
Networking
Community Building
So. Much. More!
